DBConsole service-specific Error 1

 Hello all,

I installed Oracle 10g 10.1.0.2.0 on a computer with Windows XP SP 2. For about two months there were no problems with the database and now the computer has been rebooted and now the DBConsole does not start. The only message is "service-specific Error 1".

Does anybody had an idea to solve the problem?
