Admin creating requisitions on behalf of the requesters.

We have the scenario like below.

a). we are using iProcurement and one admin can create the requisitions on behalf off requesters.

b). if admin (creater) can create the requisition the account is defaulting from the purchasing category menas he him self requester

c). if admin (creaer) creates the requisition on behalf off some requester, means in iprocurement requester field he is selecting the requester name, then in these cases charge account is not defaulting from purchasing category, it is defaulting from employee defination

d). in Purachasing category DFF we attached the account for individual purchasing category.

e). we are createing all expense purchase requisitons.
