Installing imp.exe, exp.exe without client

Hi,
we have installed an 11g-Client over an Oracle 9.2.0.5.0 Database on our application-server, because we are using a .NET-application.
But besides we need the exp.exe, imp.exe from the 9i-Server-Components from our database-server on the application-server.

Is there a way to install only these components without installing a 9i-Client?

Using the universal-installer and choosing only database-utilities for 9i, it wants to install some other things (including client)
we don't need and we are afraid of problems with them ( ODP, multiple homes,..)
