How can you verify a user setup

Is there a way to verify the integrity of a person's data record ?

For example, we have Financials, Purchasing, and iProcurement, but not HR, and sometimes, a person's record appears messed up, you can't select the person as a requestor, and the like.

Is there a way to verify all the codes associated with the person and user id?
