TNSNAMES

  TNSNAMES - I've inherited a machine recently at work and I can't get sqlplus or sqlldr to find and use a TNSNAMES.ORA file.  The desktop is running XP Professional Version 2002 SP2.  I have a TNSNAMES file that is known to be good (Toad is using it successfully).  How go I get sqlplus and sqlldr to use it?
