Logminer 10g - Username = 'UNKNOWN'

 results show username as 'UNKOWN'
New user for logminer, in 10.2.0.4, Solaris, and using ASM for redo logs. When I run logminer, two anomalies exist.
1) It shows only 40-60% of the UPDATE statements that I ran against my own test table
2) The following columns don't seem to be populated.
username shows 'UNKNOWN'
sid shows 0
serial# shows 0

Any ideas ?? Will be glad to show 15 lines of setup commands, but trying to keep short for now.
