Prereq errors running silent install

Trying to run a silent install of the management agent on a newly built AIX host.  Getting the following error:

Performing check for CheckHostName
S_CHECK_HOSTNAME
Check complete. The overall result of this check is: Failed <<<<

Check complete: Failed <<<<
Problem: S_CHECK_HOSTNAME_ERROR
Recommendation: S_CHECK_HOSTNAME_ACTION

Still get it even if I include the -ignoreSysPreqs switch on the command line.
