Purchasing Email Notification

 Hi,

When user approve the PO via email notification (Lotus Notes 6.4 and windows vista), the PO approval is not processed although in the Lotus Notes workflow mailer mailbox, we have received the approval email. I have to forward this email to the Workflow mailer again (Lotus Notes 5.0), then it is approved. May anybody know what is the problem? Thanks.
