Can 'Change/Cancellation request' be made to go up in Buyer's approval hierarchy?

Hi,

We have a scenario where a requestor initiated Change/Cancel request (from iProc) needs to go to buyer, and then go up in hierarchy for approval before the changes reflect in PO and requisition.

From the iProc implementation guide, I understand that change request can be made to go through Requisition approval hierarchy again before going to buyer, by setting tolerances appropriately in workflow custom package.

What needs to be done to make it go through PO approval hierarchy (buyer's hierarhy) again ?
