Hi,

We migrated our database from Oracle 8.1.5 on HP-UX 11.11(PA-RISC- 64Bit) to Oracle 10g R2 on HP-UX 11.31 (IA64).

Now During peak uage when the no of sessions are close to 1500 we get the following error in alert log:

ORA-27102: out of memory
HPUX-ia64 Error: 12: Not enough space
Additional information: 108
Additional information: 131072
Additional information: -1086713352
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate bytes (,)

I noticed that at this time the memory usage was nearly 100%. (#swapinfo -tam).I would like to know if i need to tune my application or Oracle init.ora parameters or Unix Kernel paramters.Following is the s/w and h/w configuration:

Howdy, Stranger!
