Requisition Maintenance?

 Need to determine a method to automatically source a requisition to an Out Side ProcessingVendor.

We have several vendors that partisipate in Outside Processing work.  I would like to sources the Discrete Job to an individual vendor prior to the requisition being automatically create via Oracle Work In Process.  Ideally, the PO would be created since the requisition is sourced to the supplier and there is a Quote from that Supplier.

Any suggestions?
