oracle database basic security

 hi masters,

actually i would like to know what level of database security can be implemented with available and existing database resources and utilities.

i dont want to purchase any new software or oracle utility,rather i cant afford to do same.

what is the maximun level of security i can implement on my production database?is there any documentation which will provide some easy steps for this?

i know that i can implement TDE,etc., but then i have to buy some licensing from oracle,and i cant afford to do so.

so plz let me know steps and commands with which i can implement tight oracle database 10g securityalthough i know some basic security measures like tracing,minimum privileges, and others, i would like to more
