Does Transparent Data Encryption impact 10g Dataguard implementations in any way.

First time on this support board.   We have Oracle 10.2.0.3 and 10.2.0.4 databases.  We have multiple Dataguard databases for each production database.  We are migrating a SQL Server 2000 database to Oracle which will also have 2 Dataguard physical standby databases.
We are considering using TDE and I am wondering what if any impact this may have on Dataguard environments.  Servers are quad core Intel and Linux 4.5 and 5 enterprise servers.
