Receiving open interface API

Hi All

I am working in a project with EBS 12 and I need to know if exits an API to execute the records in the receiving open interface tables. I know that exits the concurrent program "Receiving transaction processor" but we need to do though an api to control when finish and the posible errors.

Any help would be great
