Migration from Oracle Procurement Rel 11.5.10 to Rel 12

 Does anyone know of a tool that will allow me to export the configuration setups of Procurement Rel 11.5.10 to Rel 12.  I will be using the same tool to migrate Oracle GL, Purchasing, Inventory from Rel 11.5.10 to Rel 12.  I need to migrate the configuration setups as well as the table data.  I appreciate your help
