Bug conditional dequeue

Some time ago we ran in Oracle 9.2.0.7 into the problem that when a conditional dequeue is performed,  the order of dequeue is not garanteed (bug 4122878). I am not able to find this bug in the bug database. My question is whether this problem has been solved in Oracle 10g?
