replacing a 3 node RAC with 4 node RAC

Friends,

We currently have two three node RAC environments (production) and our office is planning to replace both the environments with a new set of 4 servers (two 4 node RAC). Each RAC has three databases. What are the possible ways to achieve this ?

Environment details:-

OS = Suse Linux ES 9
Oracle: 10.2.0.4
