PCard Workflows

We're using Oracle Apps 11.5.10.2 and have the core Purchasing module.  We are reviewing the setups for pcards. We're suppose to have two workflows: Credit Card Transaction Employee Workflow and Credit Card Transaction Manager Workflow. They are not in the list. Where do I find them?  BTW -- we do not have iProcurement or iExpenses.
