Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Hitting roll-back issue with patch 7367493 (october 2008 cpu patch)

Help please asap.  I am applying the october 2008 cpu patch to a 10.1.0.5 db env and when I ran opatch apply I get:

\oracle_software\cpu-patches-102008\p7367493_10105_WINNT\7367493>opatch apply
