AR Replicate Seed Data

 I am stuck in configuration of Receivables (11i). When i run the replicate seed data request, a small window of operating unit appears, when i click on  the LOV, It shows the error that No enteries found in the list of values. What could be the possible cause? Operating unit is defined properly.
