How to Filter data for Buyers based on PO categories

 Hello All,

We have requirement of separating out expese PO entry function from Inevntory POs. We want to achieve complete horizontal split of the Purchasing data based on PO categories.

Buyers for inventory item should not see the expense and vce versa.

Has anyone developed any custom code or configuration based on this? Please let me know
