Help to Upgrade 9i (9.2.0.1) to (9.2.0.8)

Why is it so hard to find the software I need to download? I need to upgrade my client PCs (Windows XP Pro os) to  9i - 9.2.0.8. The server has been upgraded, but now I need to upgrade the clients. Where do I find the install software? I have to use this release, any other is not supported by the vendor of the application which uses it.
