Cannot able to see assignment details for some employees....

Hi,

I am a newbie and this is my first post in oracle community...

I have a concern over some assignments, whose information were not displayed in the assignment form when I try to date track to the assignment’s start date.

"Let’s say employee A has an assignment record from 01-JAN-2008, when I go to the current date I can able  to see his assignment details but when I date track to any date between 01-JAN-2008 and (current date-1), I cannot able to view his records…."

I ran a quick query in the database and found that the record exists effective from 01-JAN-2008.
