OUI Crashed while installing Oracle 10.2.0.1 32 Bit Client

 OUI Crashed while installing Oracle 10g

While running client setup to install Oracle 10g Client B24559-01 OUI crashed. Here are the error messages:

Unexpected Signal : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) occurred at PC=0x8079055
Function=[Unknown.]
Library=E:\Temp\3\OraInstall2008-12-11_10-08-05AM\jre\1.4.2\bin\client\jvm.dll

NOTE: We are unable to locate the function name symbol for the error
      just occurred. Please refer to release documentation for possible
      reason and solutions.


Anyone seen this type of error while running OUI and know how to fix this? Please help.
