Verification of Employment or Payroll Register (PYUGEN) for a single employee

Hi,

I am trying to find a verification of employment report or the tables that PYUGEN uses to generate the Payroll Register Report.  My client needs to be able to quickly list 12 months of payroll amounts (pay, witholding, etc.) to use for a verification of employment request. They do not want to use the Payroll Register.
