Invoice Print in Russian Language

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC)
 Hi,

We need to print the customer name in Russian language for AR invoice. We have captured the Russian name in Customer Alternate Name field but when we print it, only '????????' is printed on the invoice. Has somebody experienced the similar issue ? If so, I will really appreciate if you can share the resolution. We are on R11i.
