Register a database in more than one listeners

Further in my studying of listener I have one question. Can I register a database in more than 1 listener? If yes how can this be done since there is only one initialization parameter local_listener. I guess you can rgister in the second one with static registration. But can you have Dynamic registration in both listeners.
