Unable to view receipt created by ex-employee

Hi all,

There are several receipts created by terminated employee. The receipts are viewable in PO query --> Inquiry --> View receipt.

However, when active user was trying to query the receipt by PO number in iProcurement, the system returns 'No Results Found'.

When user click on search button next to the receipt number and query the receipt number, the receipt is there. But once it is selected the receipt is not coming out. Again, the system returns 'No Results Found'.

Is there any way to view these receipts?
