R12:Department code not visible in Customer Contact Screen
Hi,
I would like to know how we can enable Department Code in Customer contact screen like Job Title code.. I am able to see this field under personalization but I am not able to see this field in the front UI..
Navigation : Search for Customer > Click Details for the Account > Click Communication > There should be some contact for the customer account > Click on the contact name and it will take us to the Contact profile/information UI.. I am able to see the Job Title here but I am not able to see the Department code.
