Operating Unit in Oracle Sourcing

 Hi, I have a question and will really appreciate it if someone can help me with it :-)

if you go to the sourcing home page and try to create an RFI/FRQ, there is an operating unit field there. I have created an organization but it does not appear in the LOV for the operating unit. and i noticed also that not all organizations appear there. I was wondering if there are additonal setups required to make an organization appear in the LOV. i am only using the oracle R12 trial instance with data and i am using log in of cbaker. thank you in advance!
