Rman Restore/Recover cant open with reset log

Orignal backup Database was made on a 10.2.0.2 Oracle server.  On another 10.2.0.4 Oracle Server a RMAN recover and restore was started, all archived logs applied but cant open with ressetlog. Canot also upgrade with DBUA.

How can i procced?
