Apologies for the long narration but I have a queer business case here:
Current Scenario:
My client is an industry leader in Beverages and operates across several countries, though the present discussion (& scope) is only for US.My client has 6 group companies (Legal Entities) in US. Lets call them A,B,C,D,E and F. All come under One Group (Lets call it as P Enterprise).
A,B,C,D & E have legacy HR system. F is on Oracle HR 11.5.10. This 11i instance also has Finance & Oracle Projects. F also stores data about employees from other countries, through separate Business Groups and that is presently out of scope.
