Update Posting Control In Pending Standby

 Hi ,

"Update Posting Control" spawned from the General Ledger Transfer program, however this program does not take much more time to complete, but  "Update Posting Control" In Pending Standby Status For more than 5 Hours for One User.

whenever I am checking Diagonitics:-

Diagnostics in View->Requests show the Conflict Resolution Manager has control of process

First time I am facing this type of issue, that's why The Cause of this problem is still undetermined..

Could anyone  give some suggestion to rectify root cause..
