Forms Session issue : Clocking due to incomplete EXIT from earlier used form

Hi All,

We are currently facing strange issue with person form. (PERWSHRG.fmb)

We have a custom form to view all concurrent requests. This form opens up in Enter Query mode.

Here, we can view the request details by quering on request Id / program name etc.
When we check some request ID , view the log file,close this form and open Enter and Maintain form in Oracle HRMS, it opens up find window and when I enter the employee number here and tab out, other fields on Find Window ( emp name and SSN) don't get populated. If I hit Find Button by mistake, sessions hangs and I need to kill the session and open new session. I also observed that after tabbing out for 5 times after giving employee number on FIND window, then other details get populated and form opens up after hitting find
