How to Know registration time of database happened with recovery catalog

I had very peculiar issue in my environment. Unfortunately few days back archive got filled and made database hung. After seeing at error I could see database was unregistered with recovery catalog and due to this backup was not happening. Then I re-registered database,it started working fine.I don’t find any clue how database got unregistered automatically, not sure if somebody did it. So I started investigating for the RC views if any of registration and deregistration times are stored, but I could not succeed. Can anybody advise if any view or table shows these details.
