User account locking issue

 We have just upgraded our database to 10g. It has gotten to my attention that one of our user's account constantly getting locked. I unlocked that account last Tuesday and this morning the account is locked again. Nothing has changed in the system for the past couple of days. I am wondering if this is something new for the version 10. Can anything cause the account to be automatically locked? Does anyone else out there have seen the same problem? Thanks.
