REP-1415 Error occured working in Developer 6i userexit null

I'm working in customize report of GLRJED.RDF but i face an error REP-1415

Unknown userexit ' '.

I run this report from my system Windows XP Developer 6i not server.

I think problem of Concurrent Request id but i define same error.
