Requisition Import too slow for Order Source equals CTO

 When running Requisition Import with source = Order Entry, the job completes in minutes (depending on lines being imported), but when the source is CTO, the system just hangs.

Has anybody faced this situation, is it common for Requisition Import to be slow when source is CTO
