Database crashing with ORA-00484: LMS* process terminated with error

Hi,

We have implemented a 2-Node Oracle 10g R2 RAC on HP-UX (PA-RISC 64-Bit) servers and the system is Live for the last 6 months. We have 3 Databases which uses Raw Volumes using Veritas Storage Foundation.

Recently one of the RAC nodes reboots on its own and the frequency has increased recently. After a recent reboot 2 databbases failed to come up on that node with the following error:

Errors in file /u04/admin/OAS3/bdump/oas31_pmon_7966.trc:
ORA-00484: LMS* process terminated with error
Wed Dec 31 10:25:04 2008
PMON: terminating instance due to error 484
Wed Dec 31 10:25:04 2008
System state dump is made for local instance
