how to setup 10g oem to email

I am seeing this error when I try to setup 10g OEM to email me...

>> smtp.att.yahoo.com: Test failed with message: "Unknown SMTP host: smtp.att.yahoo.com; nested exception is: java.net.UnknownHostException: smtp.att.yahoo.com" <<

OEM seems to be expecting a local mail server... I do not see the ip traffic light indicate any ip traffic.

What am I missing?
