Sourcing Optimization

 Hi, I was just curious what is Sourcing Optimization and how is it different from Oracle Sourcing? I was looking for a white paper/PDF file on Sourcing Optimization but I cannot find any. Please help. Thank you. Sourcing Optimization has a different price from Oracle Sourcing and we would like to see how to sell Oracle Sourcing even without Sourcing Optimization and what will that entail, what functions may not be usable if there is no Sourcing Optimization. Thank you!
