I Installed the Oracle Configuration Manager but I don't see my system in the "My Oracle Support" Sc

I installed the Oracle Configuration Manager but I don't see the system in the "My Oracle Support" Screen?

I have no Idea what I may have done wrong? It seems to be working on the DB side but I don't see the result on the inventory report on my metalink accont.

When I type  ./emCCR status

I get the following output:
