Cross Platform Migration to RAC

I am looking for some help in the form of a best practice or how to document for migrating a single instance Oracle Env on a Intel Based DELL 64 Bit Server to a multi-Node RAC Env on IBM P570 series servers. Current version is 10.2.0.4 and we will be going to 11g. I understand when going to P Series Servers that there are several considerations.
Any advice from anyone who has done something like this or can guide me to the right place would be ideal please.
