Accurals Reversals in Oracle Financials GL table

I am building an interface to load labor cost and accurals into GL table. There is also another file that will be sent with accural reversals. Is there an api or open interface I should use? If it is an api please tell me the name. If it is an open interface I need to use then please tell what I table I need to use. Thanks for your help
