Purchase Orders status "in process"

 We have a few POs which have a status of "In Process".  I am unable to open these to reapprove.  Normally I would refer back to the notification so that I could reject this, but because some of these are quite old, the notifications have been closed.

We are currently running 11.5.9.

Anyone come across this before and found the solution?
