SSHR Appraisals and AME Approvals
We're trying to identify a way to control the way the approval hierarchy gets built for appraisals based on the appraisee's pay basis (salary vs hourly). We tested some coding in the HR_APPROVAL_CUSTOM package that would check the pay basis, but found out the package doesn't identify the appraisee, but instead checks the pay basis on the appraiser.
Our goal is to exclude the vice presidents in the one-level up hierarchy on the hourly basis employees, but include them on the salary basis employees.
Has anyone used special handling on appraisal approvals?
