OOM - Ship to Address Change - PO Approved - R12

I have changed the seeded Constraints in Oracle Order Management  and tried to change the ship to address for a Drop Shipment SO. Note: PO has been released and Approved. Working in Oracle EBS R12

Any help in this regards kindly appreciated.
