Where does Oracle Enterprise Manager Console store the list of database names?

 I have a PC with Oracle Enterprise Manager Console installed. You know the java program to manage databases. It is configured in stand-alone mode on a machine that I do not have administrative priviliges. In what files or registry settings does the program store the databases? I would like to know because everytime I add a database when I restart the program it is no longer there. Anyone have an idea?
