Recover 10G Oracle Managed Files Database - controlfile out of sync with one tablespace

 Hi

I've had a problem with a database and it has been restored from tape. All database files, and the contents of the flash_recovery_area as well as $ORACLE_HOME/dbs.

The restored database starts up with no mount, and when I step through to do a recover until time, I get the message that the undotbs is newer than the control file. The control file was not backed up to contain the latest information. Since we use OMF I'm having problems recreateing the controlfile as if I've cloned the database. I get the following error:

CREATE CONTROLFILE SET DATABASE "Q012BAND" RESETLOGS  ARCHIVELOG
