is it possible to install Oracle 10g in a server than doesn't meet memory requirements

In order to make some tests, we want to install Oracle 10g in a server with Tru64 that doesn't meet memory requirements. But when we execute runInstaller, the "Memory Fault" error appears, although we use the "ignoreSysPrereqs" parameter.

So my question is if it is possible to install Oracle 10g in a server that doesn't meet memory requirements or, on the contrary, the error is caused by another reason.
